  • Do not interfere with platform security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Follow applicable laws for messaging, consent, and customer communication.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your credentials, API keys, and workspace settings.

  • Keep passwords, tokens, and invite links confidential.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless otherwise required by law.

4. Ownership

Content and ownership

You retain rights to the content you provide, and we retain rights to the platform, branding, and underlying software.

  • You grant us permission to process content only as needed to operate the service.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed for any uploaded files, text, or integrations.
  • We may use aggregated or anonymized data to maintain and improve the product.

5. Commercial terms

Billing and changes

Subscription plans, renewals, trials, and limits are governed by the pricing shown in your workspace or written agreement.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless the law, plan, or written agreement says otherwise.
  • We may change pricing, features, or limits with reasonable notice where required.
  • If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the account is resolved.

6. Ending access

Termination

Either party may stop using the service, and we may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

  • You can stop using the service at any time and close your workspace if the product flow allows it.
  • We may suspend access to protect the platform, other customers, or legal obligations.
  • Some provisions, such as ownership and liability limits, may continue after termination.
